Unless you have PC3000 or Salvation WD Doctor, then a new PCB will be no good to you.
ROM inside MCU has unique data programmed into it, and needs to be reprogrammed using the original data or remanufactured data from info on the service area on the platters.
Please don't waste your money.

Can you describe the failure symptom?
If you upload a detailed photo, one of us may be able to help you repair your board. Many times the problem is only a shorted diode, in which case it can simply be removed.
Otherwise, if the drive spins, but is not detected, then it is most likely not a PCB problem.
Good luck.

The following PCB supplier includes a free "PCB adaptation" service:
http://www.donordrives.com/blog/pcbswapguide"If you cannot find a ROM chip [ie if location U12 is vacant], and are working with a Western Digital hard drive, then it is likely imbedded in a main controller Marvell chip. That chip is extremely difficult to solder, and most of the time experts do not have success with it. Our company offers Free PCB Adoptation Service to customer who have made a purchase from our store. The new PCB will be reprogrammed to work with hard drive, with no soldering including in the process, whatsoever."
