Hello. I have this HDD that stop being recognized by the computer. The HDD it's spinning without clicking so I think the PCB it's the problem. The VCM controler it's getting burning hot in less than a minute. If i can find a replacement one i can perform a hot swap as i have DATA COMPASS FROM SALVATION DATA? These are all information i have on PCB

HP24 firmware is affected by the 7200.11 BSY bug.

Yes, could be BSY bug as Frank says.
Less likely to be PCB
