Wanted: PCB for Hitachi Deskstar HDT722525DLAT80

Hi there,

I am looking for a PCB for this drive so I can move the NVRAM to the new board and try to recover the data off the drive.

I only have the top of the external case and all it has is a Lacie logo and: Design by F.A. Porsche
There is also a sticker on the top side of the back panel: 1046611011364CR 3U2
The PCB inside the external case has this on it:
