I don't know if this is savable? I'm willing to send this out and have chips soldered on our just buy a replacement board if possible.

I'm looking for a PCB for A WD1600JB - 22REA0 DCM:DSBHCTJAH.
The Sticker on PCB says 2061-701292-C00 AA
The Actual Board has 2060-701292-001 REV A
