Model:WD10EADS-00M2B0

Pls reply if anyone of you have the same Hard disk.I need it on urgent basis.

Dear Ahmed,

if this post is related to your prev. post about the hdd problem with the screenshot you provided before
then i think the following:

you might find donor hdd for heads replacement (as mentioned before)
but you cannot replace it @ home my dear

doing so, will destroy both

plus based on my experience this hdd MIGHT have other MAJOR problem which i may be/not correct

Yes its related to the same issue i posted in my other topic.I have one DR company and they can do the job for me if i can have a similar HD as mentioned.
How to find a donor? i mean i am searching everywhere but still no luck.The DR company confirmed that by replacing the head they can retrieve the data otherwise no chance.

something else, YOU WILL NEVER FIND 2 HDD`S WITH SAME SN unless someone CHANGE IT.
those are Unique never duplicated (for RMA trace)

Last Q: your hdd comes inside Black Box External right?

No,they are professional DR company and did recover the data for me once.

What do you mean by Black box External? Its a Desktop hard disk and was installed in a desktop PC.

Why are they not able to get a donor drive for you?

I suppose, if it is tough to find donors in Dubai, then this DR company should develop partnerships or build relationships with other individuals or companies in other countries who can source a drive for them.

Additionally, with this drive, a second donor may be necessary in order to recover your data.

Questions:
1. Why do you believe the drive failed? Describe behavior or symptoms, if noticed any, leading to the drive's failure.

2. Can you describe the drive's behavior after failure? (For example, clicks three times and spins down, etc.)

3. What were the evaluation results provided to you by this DR company?

Einstein9,yes its an internal HD.I know its hard to find a hard disk with same serial no. etc but have no other option.This is the only way as per my DR company statement.

Seems like getting a similar HD is the only option left.

Try to match the model, date as close as possible, country, and dcm as close as.possible.

SN can't be matched as it us unique to every drive, just like any other product.

Yes,this is what i am trying to find out.If can get something similar may solve the issue.
But so far no luck....
