HDA is the part without the PCB . There is one way u can check the motor if u have a multimeter switch it to diode mode and check on the 1 and second pin and 2 and 3 pin there values should be .2 ohms .
If not then motor is bad no need for the PCB . else PCB is faulty replacing it will solve ur problem .

Are you saying to check P1 & P2, then P2 & P3 and it should read 2 ohms? I did test those on that setting and it read 0.07 on the 2000 or 20k setting
