Need PCB for WD400BB

Don't have the DCM, but model is:

WD400BB-75CAA0

and the sticker on the bottom of the IDE connector starts with:

0000 001092-300J

I understand that these numbers need to match to swap PCB.

Please let me know if anyone has anything that matches.
