PCB for ST3320620AS Needed

I have a hard drive that is no longer spinning when I turn on the PC. It had been working for several months but died today. I've attached an image of the PCB. I believe the component circled in red is the damaged part.

Firmware: 3.AAC
Date Code: 07211

What makes you think that part is bad? Have you checked the two TVS devices and/or the fuses on the left? does the second-biggest square chip on the board get hot?

Nothing gets hot because it seems like nothing turns on. I suspect that component because it appears to have visible damage. I attached a zoomed in view of the component, it seems obvious to me.

Also, I've tried the HD in 2 difference PCs with different cables. Also, when I rotate the drive slightly horizontally, it does sound as though the drive is spinning freely, so it leads me to believe it's a PCB issue.

Hi dman, what rchadwick ment was that if you check your original Pcb (two TVS devices and/or the fuses ) you maby don't need to buy a new board...just repair you old one.
If the fuse is gone, just solder a single thin thread over it, or replace the fuse if you got any.
But if you don't know how to measure the current, it's better to take it to someone who can.

I see... I think my response was based on my lack of understanding of his message. I don't know what a "TVS device" is nor where to find the fuses. I'm not too familiar with electronics repair. When you say take it to someone who can, who would that be? Data recovery places seem to charge an arm and a leg (I place a value of $75 on the data on the drive, so anything more than that is out of the question).

Hi, thats okey.
Take it to a electronic repairshop, you know like TV, Dvd, Computer repair guy...that sort of shop.
And ask them to check both 5v and 12v lines of your Pcb.
Or maby if someone here is living close to you....were are you located?

The component u posted could be damaged it looks like a broken oscilator.

That would be my guess too, although it might not be broken, or may be still functional. Hard to tell from the picture.
