I have had trouble finding this drive. I have posted a question about the VE and whether it can be replaced with BEVS or other product designator. Any thoughts? I am currently seeking a PCB for mine. Good luck! Let me know where you find one.

BEVS is different, but UE would probably work.

What the p/n of the PCB (2060 xxxx xxx)?

I posted a 2061-701402-100 AB. You responded with 2060-701402-001 REV A. That wont work will it?

I'm seeing these WD1200VE-XXKWT0 all the time with detached heads. Its easy to find broken ones but almost impossible to find one that works.

Yep, virtually every WD1200VE I've had in has had detached heads. Very little success in recovery, even with perfect donor.
