What is wrong with your PCB?

The drive intermittently is detected in the BIOS but will detect fine when hooked up to DDI. However, when I image using DDI the imaging seems to go very slow (~ 3 weeks), despite the media tests coming back all green. After about 2 minutes, the drive re-powers itself and throws a "Drive returns wrong LBA number with error" message, before continuing on at its normal slow pace. It will periodically throw that error message going forward as well. Also get tons of drive read timeouts and seems to write a lot of 0's at times.

I've tried various tricks w/ DDI to try and get it to image but it keeps throwing that error. I've consulted Deepspar support for additional help and they've helped me confirm that it is almost certainly the PCB. I don't have a PC3000 though so I'm not able to do a firmware transfer on my own.
