Wanted: Technician in USA who can swap a ROM chp

Thanks to this board, I should soon be receiving a replacement PCB however the ROM chip from my failed drive must get moved to the new PCB. I don't have the equipment to handle swapping the ROM myself, and preliminary checking with my friends is coming up empty as well.

Is there anyone who can recommend a service tech who can do this for me? Shipping times or costs would be reduced if I found someone in the southeast USA, but I'd consider any offers.

What have others done in this situation?
