Please help, Urgent data recovery needed. Drive has family photos. I will buy or Rent let me know

Firmware 3.AAH
I am willing to pay a deposit if I can just rent this PCB for recovery.
Is there anyway to Flash another Seagate 250GB drive to 3.AAH firmware?
