I'm looking for a PCB for A WD1600JB - 22REA0 DCM:DSBHCTJAH.
The Sticker on PCB says 2061-701292-C00 AA
The Actual Board has 2060-701292-001 REV A

The SMOOTH chip is the motor controller. I would check the motor windings for shorts with a multimeter. There appear to be three phases and a common terminal.

You will also need to transplant the EEPROM chip at U12 from patient to donor. This chip stores unique, drive specific calibration data.
