Usually this PCB has ROM embedded in CPU...
If ROM is embedded in CPU... It is NOT possible to change PCB by the End User

Well then if it does i can always find somewhere (in the middle of nowhere) with micro soldering capibilaties to replace the chip, (Obviously a half empty, ehh?) anyways heres those pics of it. |
