I need one HDD in order to salvage a part to attempt to repair a crashed drive. Here are the details:

Model #WD1600JD-75HBB0
Date: 10 Jun 2004 (needs to be within 2 months either side)
DCM: FSCACTJAA (must match 5th letter on.)
LBA: 312500000

Does anyone have a WD drive that meets this description?
