Board is damaged eprom is good though, the controller is a seagate chip, spindle controller is a TI chip and ram is a samsung, here is the full rundown on board
I am doing this for a photographer friend, im just a linux geek and trying to help someone out but have an electronics background. Not trying to make any money off of anyone BUT as i have gotten thrust into this i do have shitloads of HD's sitting around.
I am going to gut all my spare parts systems this week and see if we might not be able to help out a few others in the process. I will generate a spreadsheet with what i have as i get them finished and post if back up here. SO while asking someone to help me out, i am also looking to see how many others i can help out in the process, hopefully karma can smile at both of us in the process.
