I've just gotten a response from sunnydreamspace@hotmail.com for a drive I've been looking for and would like to know if anyone has any ideas how to make purchasing through contacts on this board safe.

Thanks for any ideas/opinions you can offer me.

Cant you purchase the drive through his company (assuming he has one) rather than him individually?
