I Have Samsung IDE 80g (SP0842n) PCB problem.
What is the requirements for the door cpb to much my hdd.

Location: In ur HDD !
Just check for a pcb with same REV no , and change ROM if it doesnt match direclty .

Its a chip that contains unique information required to run your drive .
