suddenly the hdd failed and everything is lost unless someone helps me...

A simple pcb swap will not solve your problem.

even if the fw is the same?

what can solve my problem exept companies that need 500-1000euro to recover the data?

The little part of the fw is on the pcb but in your case this part is unique, not exchangeable, the most is on the platter.

The answer is: It depends on the problem.....

my hdd is not openning from the power, i removed the PCB and i have seen that a chipset is burned

Then there is 2 option:

1. preamp (chip inside the clean area) burned, the recovery will be expensive
2. The recovery will be cheap if you find the good company for this.... Much less than the price what you have wrote....
