I have a PC3000 only. Is that ROM file useable on the PC3000?

OR regarding making a ROM from the SA ... how can I do that?

The ROM is a binary file, it shouldn't matter what you use with it.

Like pcrecovery is alluding to, its not going to do you much good though as the ROM on these drives is individualized to the drive. If you have PC3000UDMA then it should provide the procedure for recreating the SA.
