I remember only a ST225 as a 20MB MFM drive 5 1/4" half height and a ST251 as a 40GB MFM drive Ha, thats really quite a time ago - late 8086/8 and early 80286 +++ |

Have many and can fix the PCB as well. Not sure if the drives and / or PCBs are for sale, though. |

I have a solution for retrofitting new drives on Xt / AT where a ST506 drive was present, like many industrial equipment. In case, PM me. |
