Need a pcb for the following:

Today I have a WD5000AAJS-32TKA0 that suffered an overvolt and I need a PCB board.

WD5000AAJS SATA
32TKA0
DCM: HARCNVJAB
LBA: 976773168
Motor Controller IC: L6284 3.0
Main Controller IC: 8816745-TFJ1
2061-701477-000-AB XS 4C04 0K0W 7 0002220 7222
etched on the board: PWB 2060 701477 001
