I need a working PCB from the hard drive below.

DATE: 23 MAY 2006
DCM: DSCACAJAH
Product of Thailand
Label: 2061-701393-400 AC
Board: 2060-701393-002 Rev B

I fried my PCB and i'm looking for a replacement board from the hard drive above.
