WD Caviar GP
MDL: WD5000AAVS-00ZTBO
DCM: HBNNNT2CB
DATE: 11 DEC 2007

PCB: 2061 - 701477 - 200 AB XW 5W02 OR44 0005230 8235

Don't now why but it shorted and and smelled burned see picture.

I need the PCB but a complete drive with a working PCB would also bee nice!

Do you now where I can find the data to test the board when I have replaced D3.....

Hi, Simon

Pls try to remove D3 and see if your HDD work or not.

we have this working PCB, but for this new WD ROYL version, rom program have been joined with the main chip, it is hard to deal with by personal, so we suggest you to find a pro near you.
