So the heads on our external hd has failed The computer recovery people have had it a month now & have not been able to find a match for it. Here's the info I need a match of:

WD5000KS - 00MNB0
07 Nov 06
DCM: HBACAJAAB
Product of Thailand

Have lots of sentimental pictures on it & lots of music too.

Hoping someone can help us!
