I also think you have the wrong PCB number, the number you are looking for is silk-screen printed onto the PCB itself and will be something "like 2060-001131-001 REV A"

It's can not be 2063-002141-003 REV F I'm sure It must be
XXXX-001130-XXXX
as pcimage told you take a good look on the printed back side of the PCB

Never seen this PCB number before, I think it is in label of your HDD. But the exactly PCB number we need was printed in the back side of your PCB and have words "REV", not in label of your HDD.
