Need a WD1600JS-40TGB0, mfg. date close to Sept. 2006 as possible. made in Thailand.

Simple PCB swap won't help you fix your drive.
At least you have to swap ROM chip from original board to a new one.

Are you looking for the drive for the HSA replacement or just the PCB swap???
