I have a WD800BB-75BSA0 drive made in Malaysia. Manufacturing date is June 10, 2001. The drive won't spin up. The logic board number is 2060-001062-004. There are a lot of boards out there for WD800BB drives, all different! I hope to replace the defective chip and recover the data. I am assuming drives made in Malaysia within this time period, have a good chance of having a compatible board. Just putting this out hoping to get lucky.

You'll have to be VERY lucky to get a match without swapping over the ROM chip.
