Their website won't even let me buy one, let alone get a price on it.

I doubt you will find one second hand as it's not long on the market. Licence transfer may also be an issue.
You would be better off buying new, and getting updates/warranty.

On the website there is a contact. Send an email to the contact. They will always answer to you right away from this one. They will tell you how to order on and how to get one. You just need to read the site more carefully. They will never sell from the site.

Maybe I'm at the wrong place... What is the official site?
I send out a bunch emails and someone from Deepspar quoted me $4.850.
I would like to know how much other people got theirs for, that way I'll know I'm not getting taken.

Deepspar is the official representative of ACE for USA + Canada (and some other parts of the globe...)
As you definitely will not find a "used" tool - you either buy through them - or leave it.
There is no way around that. And by the way - the service from Deepspar is excellent!
