WTB: WD2500JD-75HBB0 to be used in a PCB swap

Looking for a WD2500JD-75HBB0 for a PCB swap.

Is it necessary to swap the ROM? I don't know much about HDDs. Would appreciate a recommendation for a technician in Northern California if so.

To be clear, I just need the PCB not the entire HDD.
