If there is a donor pcb, would it require to have a ROM switch? If so then I'll take it to a computer technician to do that.

Sorry to say that your computer technician will not be able to switch the ROM on this PCB.

The PCB on theis series on WDd drives do contain adaptive (virtually unique) info in the ROM, but it's inside the MCU so you need specialist hardware and software to do this.
