Hi, i find the next pcb or full hdd:
Toshiba model: MK2035GSS
SN: 97dpf4sxs 999 EC.A
PN: HDD2A30 C ZK01 S
FW: 020 A0/DK022A

I follow the advice of a user upload a photo of the pcb to see if anyone can help me in its repair.


This is part of a hdd hdd / iomega external usb, and the cause of the fault is to be supplied with a Vcc of 9 v. and we see that the usb does not lead to stabilization before supply hdd. The consequences are partly burned and usb hdd does not work, the engine runs out of control at high speed and you do not hear any movement of the heads.

I have reviewed the input fuse hdd and peripheral components without finding any clear burned but I do not have technical information to check the hdd.

Hi, and tanks for you response, in the new photo in the new photo attached, I have extended the IC which seemed burned on the first photo and apparently see this as well, the other reference I was doing, the fuse f1 is also correct ...

Change F1 the drive will power up .
Its a fuse .
