Problem here is that you don't really know what you need to match.
You can try to match DCM, but it won't mean that you will get good donor drive.
I don't mean to confuse you, but would suggest to stick with a professional service.
Margin for error is minimal in your case. Slight error and you might not see your data ever again.

I've been looking for this disk for quite a while, if that is your question.
Thing is, I have tried replacing heads to this drive using a donor with DCM xxxxCAxxxxx and it didn't work.
So i am looking for an exact match.
