I was wondering if anyone has a PCB replacement for a Hitachi Travelstar laptop IDE drive Model # IC25N060ATMR04-0

The board reads "SPS-350211-001" with Date Code: "7J0414"

I am looking specifically for a board with a sticker matching:

08K2772
H69401A
N2Z349
44YG
