Littelfuse Surface Mount Fuses, N = 2A, S = 4A:

The part next to it is unknown to me, but I suspect that it should also measure zero ohms.
If you replace the board, the EEPROM will need to be transferred to the donor PCB. I can't confirm the marking, but you can check it against my notes:
