I'm new to the forums, but in dire need of some help. I have a damaged Western Digital Caviar Green hard drive. I am currently seeking a functioning donor. The donor needs to match the model or I can not recover the data. Any serious inquires will be taken up. If you have a functioning drive, I am willing to pay the donor a reasonable and mutually agreed upon price. Thanks for your help!

Do you need the whole drive or just a board?

Are you aware that your board has unique, drive specific information internal to the MCU chip? These data would need to be transferred from patient to donor, otherwise you would need to be very lucky.
