I have same HDD and has crashed suddenly.
From what I've studied it seems that there is a problem with overheating.
Now I need to recover data on it.

Any help is welcome.

FYI, when you start that new thread in the section above, you will need to give much more detail before anyone will be able to help you - for example:

- What exactly do you mean by "crashed"? Do not try to guess what has happened inside the disk and do not use "web jargon" - just describe the situation clearly and accurately. What symptoms do you see, exactly? What happened just before "the problem" started - anything unusual?

- Is this an internal or external drive?

- Any unusual smell or noises from the drive?

- Why do you believe that overheating is involved? You say that you have "studied" this, so please provide a link to the website(s) where you have seen this information and explain why you think those websites apply to your situation.

As I said before - you should not continue in this thread, because you are not buying/selling disk parts. Instead, if you want assistance related to recovery, start a new thread in the forum which I linked above. If you supply enough detail in that new thread, then perhaps you will receive some advice/suggestions.
