Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB ST3500418AS PN: 9SL142-301 Firmware: CC35 Date Code: 10015 Site Code: TK Chip: B5502C20 I included a pic of the current burned up board. I need to get a replacement board and any thoughts from you guys if you think I can just replace the board to get the data off the drive.

You will definitely have to move the 8-legged ROM chip, which is one of the ones on the right hand side. Can't remember exactly which one from memory and I can't read the numbers on your pic. Pretty sure it's the corner one though. |

100532367 REV A is the number on the other side of the board |
