And the Pcb Component side
chip is already soldered to another PCB but it does not work
doner disk had a firm number that were different (Doner 60Z0A0)
I have 60M0A1

We need a pic of the component side of the pcb.
Unscrew the pcb, turn it over and take a pic.
Then post pic here.

Ah ok i just saw you posted the right pic.

I see there is a U12 chip on this board which needs to be transferred to the donor board in order for disk to identify correctly.

I noticed, however, some markings on the plastic part of the pcb, as if someone was doing soldering job on this and the iron touched the plastic.
Is this correct? And if so, what kind of repairs were done?

yes that's right
I had a doner pcbwith another firmware number so i soldering de U12 chip to the doner pcb .but it don’t work for me .
The strange thing is the old PCB works in the doner disk with its own u12
but not vice versa.
is it still the electronics

First, i can tell your soldering skills are below average. This is not bad, but you might have damaged the u12 chip and in that case things would be pretty bad.
Secondly, what happens with the drive when you swapped u12 and put donor pcb to patient drive? Does it spin up or not? If not, assuming donor pcb is good, then u12 is either bad or soldering was wrong.
Thirdly, what do you mean when you say that donor pcb "firmware" was different? Different pcb number?
If you tried to put a donor pcb with different number to patient then this won't work.
Lastly, i notice a TVS being hijacked on your picture (top right corner). What else did you do?

If your PCB works on a donor drive, then you don't have a problem with PCB.
Its internal problem.
Can you describe original behavior?

The picture of the board is the doner with my u12 chip
which is 100% broken.i'm there alone so he set up my u12 is not lost. So in that corner just not pay attention.
The PCB of the drive is good.
drive spins up with this pcb (and his U12) only sees the pc him anymore
soldered with hot air any way :?
