wanted PCB board from Seagate ST9320421AS

My hard drive just stopped working and when put in another computer windows tries to initialize it and it gives an I/O error. I'm guessing It's definitely the PCB.

IMHO it's unlikely to be the PCB, based on that limited description, since Windows recognises the disk itself (otherwise you wouldn't be offered the option to initialise it).

If you want to discuss your guess that it's the PCB, and get other people's views, then I suggest you start a new thread in the "Hard Disk Drives: data recovery and repair" section.
