Could anyone help in sourcing a PCB for the following HDD:-

Make: Hitachi
Model: HD721010SLA360
P/No:0A38016
PCB Info: 0A29896 BA2950C Z60906 1BWF

It appears I have damaged the TVS diode(s) after plugging in a different power lead. (DOH!!)

Thanks in advance

As long as it's only TVS, then search TVS on this forum for guidance..... but take care and note the warnings.

I have done some research and I am sure it is the diodes. A replacement PCB is the easier option (although hard to find).

A straight PCB swap will almost certainly not work.

When replacing the PCB, you need to transplant the 8-pin NVRAM chip from your original board to your donor board. That is a much riskier DIY proposition.

As fzabkar says, a PCb swap will NOT work right off.

Exact donor AND NVRAM swap is required, which if messed up can cost you 10x more than a recovery company would charge you for a proper recovery.

Then of course you could have fried something inside the drive, or you might fry something while buggering about with the PCB.

If you do not care about the data and insist on DIY then someone on here an help you find a board and tell you which chip to swap. But don't expect a PCB to be cheap of these drives.

Good luck.
