Hi,

My HDD wd2000jb-00kfa0 has the next problem : it starts for 2-3 seconds and dies and this rputine is done about 5 times and then it dies completely and if I unplug it and plug it back it makes that noise like "clank" from about 3 to 3 seconds.
I assume it is the PCB that has a problem.
On the PCB it is writen 2060-701314-002 REV A.

Can someone advise if I can solve the problem with another PCB and if yes can someone sell me the right one that doesn't need any chip replacement?
Thank you.

It could be a pcb issue .

It could be mimics, but it's a long-shot. Could be heads, preamp... Needs to be diagnosed accurately.
