The circuit board number shows 2061-701499-EOO AC XF-5H28 ZU1P 0006020 0026.

Where can I find this?

I have that PCB.

Check your PM.

For WD PCB swap, should match the board number which is etched on the PCB. The number is printed on the PCB's back side(the side without chips)
