Looking PCB for TOSHIBA MK5055GSX - HDD2H21 C WL01 S

Hello I need a PCB compatible with this Toshiba Harddisk:
TOSHIBA MK5055GSX - HDD2H21 C WL01 S.
PCB Number G002439-0A,
Controller Chip: 88I8817D-BHJ2
Firmware: 010 A0/FG001A

The drive Powered no spinning no sound at all (silent). I think could be dead PCB or blown fuse.

but i don't Know how can i change the fuse, and where can i buy a new one. The fuse surface is labeled "S".

Follow my instructions in that link. Farnell is one supplier. You could probably find it at Mouser and Digikey, also. However, do some resistance testing first. Do you have a multimeter? If not, a DMM should cost you less than US$10. I can help you with the test points.
