DON'T take this clown up on his offer. He's a freak! and will probably try to hack your computer and ask for money to fix it. One time this guy said he had a solution for a very specific data recovery issue that I was trying to figure out. Fortunately something came up and I didn't have time to let him remote in that day. The next day he was going ballistic on the forum, outraged that I didn't let him on my computer.

I don't think he even knows the first thing about data recovery, he's just a scammer looking to get access to your computer.
