Have you tried the Apex Tool lab "unstuck tools" as an alternative? |

Yes, I've used them (E-Type as well as the other types) but prefer their C-Type tool when applicable. You are right -- you have to be careful removing the head stack with the E-tool in place, as I've had the tool fall out after removing the HSA. It just requires awareness of the need to be careful and gentle. |
