I strongly discourage second hand purchases of DDI.
You miss out on a beautiful support team.

And i believe in case if you fry the unit, its going to be a problem

Thanks, I've been emailing with their support and they've been very clear on what to expect from a second-hand unit in terms of warranty and support. Deepspar is fine with transferring a license, they also recommended asking for the serial number and verify it with them (to see if everything checks out), but since the seller is unresponsive I've decided against purchasing this particular unit.

I just got a 2nd hand DDI4 and after they checked with the previous owner I was able to do the updates (after payment of course).

But no problems from Deepspar on buying it used.

I apologize for the silence, I was ill for 10 days. Not a covid, but seriously. After the disease is a lot of work, I have my own company datarecovery. I have several pc3k and DDI was not needed. I will send a photo of the connector, but it was not raped because it was used several times. I have a PayPal, but in Russia the problem is to cash it out, it remains only to make purchases where PayPal is accepted . I prefer western union, but I can accept PayPal. Alarmists who are afraid that the courier service will break the parcel, please do not disturb.
