Be aware that you will need to transfer the "ROM" at location U12. The above supplier includes a transfer in the price.

Do you know any supplier in Europe?

I don't know of any supplier who includes a ROM transfer. In any case, can you show us the other side of the board, just in case the damage is not confined to the board?

It appears that someone has resoldered (?) the "ROM" at U12. Are you sure it hasn't been damaged?

If you have a multimeter, measure the voltages between ground and each of L1, L2 and D2 (above the SMOOTH chip). Use a screw hole as your ground reference.

Also check the TVS diodes.

I somehow do not see any damage to the TVS and the Zero ohms resistances ,Your observation on the ROM being soldered is correct
