We are looking for a Service center software with following parameters --

1) Customer master -- create categories and add customer details in each category --

a) End Users b) Dealers c) Corporates d) Gov ( category add function should be there)

2)Generate Job ID - either automatically based on date /time etc or manual

Put all device details -- 4-5 categories like model /SN etc

3) Generate report of Job receipt for customer update with company name address etc.

4) Status of Job --- a) Pending b) In process c) Completed d) not approved (should be able to add status type )

5) Each category will be having colour which will automatically change as status is changed like for closed jobs colour should be green etc,

6) At a click list of pending jobs /completed jobs etc should get displayed

7) Extensive searching of job records based on customer name /mobile / product serial no etc.

8) Outward register - delivery status , time etc.

9) Autobackup of data base , restore on reinstallation .

I am looking for a simple tool and not looking for Web Based solutions which need hosting. A simple SQL based database and .net programming will be enough.
