I have, Drive ST320014A PCB is Burn but DRIVE's Good Conditions

P/N : 9W1021-302
Drive ST 340211AS (40Gb SATA 7200,9) the One of IC in PCB is Burn. CONDITIONS DRIVE IS VERY GOOD.
